Beginner’s Yoga Workshop 6-Week Series
WHO: ANYONE! If you have never practiced yoga or are new to yoga and would like to know more about the basics. If you think YOU can’t practice yoga due to age, body shape, aches & pains or maybe feel “embarrassed” to be in a class with “seasoned” yogis, this workshop is for you. If you think you aren’t flexible enough for yoga or any other reason then this series is for you!! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
WHAT: This series will start at the VERY beginning. We will build a practice from the ground up. We will learn Do’s and Don’t’s for yoga studios, Yoga poses that are widely used in classes, all about props and how to use them, definitions and yoga terminology.
WHY: The goal for this series is to help you embrace the wonderful world of yoga. Helping you to feel at ease and confident in classes.
WHEN: This 6-week series begins Wednesday, April 3rd, 4:30pm (1 hour in length)
