Most women will suffer from a pelvic floor disorder in their lifetime; what is wrong with women’s bodies that they stop functioning properly? NOTHING! The trouble is in how our built environment has us moving (or not moving) on a daily basis. In this workshop, you’ll start to understand:

-the difference between posture and alignment

-what your feet (and knees and hips) have to do with sneeze-pee

-how to turn walking and other daily movements into activities that will transform your body

-when to squat vs. when to kegel

-and a LOT more!

Appropriate for all women - prenatal, postpartum, no kids, etc.

What I Do

I live in Nashville, TN where I help people live active and pain free lives. I teach corrective exercises to relieve tension and build strength in weak spots. I also teach you how to change your movement habits to create lasting change.

I especially enjoy working with moms and moms-to-be how to improve their alignment for better pregnancy, labor, delivery and recovery.  I teach a variety of classes, workshops, and private sessions focused on supporting women throughout the motherhood journey.  In addition to teaching movement, I work as a birth doula supporting women in labor.
