Take your practice off the ground and into the air! This class will focus on proper warm ups and drills for a solid foundation. Class will break down key arm balancing poses to have a strong center to progress into more advanced postures. For more experienced yogi’s we will learn fun variations and transitions.
This class will provide tools, knowledge, and the confidence to fly. Come with an open mind and a willingness to try.

This workshop is all about moving past fear, building better balance, and strengthening your body with arm balance yoga poses. Bear in mind that they develop core strength, keep the bones sturdy, and sharpen mental discipline. They can help us overcome fear, work on physical self-development and give us a sense of strength and accomplishment.
Fun arm balances are not the must-haves in your yoga practice, but rather reflect the concept of sharira samyama, which means “mastery of the body”.
