Anjali Restorative Yoga is a slower-paced class with the purpose of reflecting, healing and finding peace. During these gentle movement sequences of heart/chest openers and hip openers, lasting 5 to 20 minutes, you will focus on centering the breath and body to achieve stillness, relaxed muscles, and explore your passion for life.
In this practice the mind and breath are guided through gentle meditations and poses to enhance self awareness and self discovery. In this deep nurturing style of yoga, heart/chest openers and hip openers will be used to connect the mind and breath to de-stresss, unwind, and discover what really guides our thoughts and actions. In this restorative class, the poses and guided meditations are designed for feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and empowered with an innate sense of healing within your mind, body, and heart.
