Beginner Series Home

 

Welcome to The Beginner Series! I look forward to guiding you on your process of this discovery of Yoga. I’ve divided the series into “Weeks”, with the idea of you watching/reading /participating with the content for a week. You can easily watch all of the Week’s videos in a day or two, and then spend the rest of week working on your “homework”. Of course, you can move faster or slower at a pace that feels best for you. The basic layout is as follows: The Week’s outline and any notes or articles fall on the left side of the page, and the videos fall on the right side of the page (for desktop computers and tablets). For mobile devices, the outline and notes will be at the top of the Week’s page, and the videos will be just below. Each video has the label “watch” or “participate” to let you know which ones you can watch wherever, and which ones you’ll want to be on your mat in order to participate.
