I am Courtney

I am here to help you feel better. There are many tools to help us get to exactly where we want to be in our lives. On this site, and in person, I will share the techniques that have been key to my personal healing and transformation. This is serious and at times difficult work, let me help you on your journey through my loving guidance and support.

The Life Sessions

In these one on one meetings, we will work to get at the root cause(s) of your suffering. You will learn various tools and techniques to help you take control of your daily life. Typically, we will work with emotions, lifestyle and eating habits, daily routine, and meditation & mantra techniques.

These sessions can be for anyone looking to improve themselves in any and all areas of life! We start with a minimum of 4 sessions that typically last 1-1.5 hours each, meeting once a week. The first 4 sessions are typically just an intro to the process, and we can continue to work together for upwards of months or more, depending on your requested level of guidance.

Location: Murfreesboro TN (these can evolve into remote sessions after the first 4 sessions)

The Meditation Sessions

In these sessions you will gain a basic knowledge of meditation practices and techniques, and a deeper understanding  of how meditation practices can help you specifically. I will present a small variety of guided meditations, and you will leave with guidance on and creation of a personalized home practice. This is a more personalized, Introduction to Meditation.

The rhythm for these sessions is every other week, for four sessions. Each session will last approximately one hour.

The Asana Sessions

Asanas are the physical poses of a yoga practice. We can use these sessions in a variety of ways: To learn the basics of a physical yoga practice, to learn how to modify the poses to fit your particular needs if you're dealing with injuries or physical limitations, to deepen your current physical yoga practice. With all of these options you will receive an audio recording of your personalized practice.

For these sessions we meet weekly for an hour, for a minimum of 4 sessions.

Courtney is always so full of positive energy and smiles, and that radiates out to the class. It's a great feeling. She's attentive to the needs of the class as a whole but also takes time to address individual needs/concerns if they arise. I look forward to my Monday afternoon yoga class because of her.
